On-Site Cottage Amenities

Privacy and the view set this site apart from all others. Sitting you your spacious deck you enjoy the classic down island view of St. John and the British Virgin Islands in total seclusion. The shower has two windows so it is close to being outside, yet not another house in site, just the water and occasional whale. Yes, in the winter humpback whales are often seen in the local waters and from the cottage deck. Use of the villa's private pool enjoys that same intimacy as your spacious one bedroom unit. The A/C is in the bedroom and the walk-in closet. There is a both a ceiling and floor fan in the bedroom for those who prefer the open tropic air.

The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and freezer, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Blender, George Forman grill, two burner electric cook top along with all the various utensils you may need. IF there is anything special or not available, all you need do is ask the hosts and they will make ever effort to accommodate your needs and wishes. A bar height counter serves the kitchen and provides a place to eat and share while preparing the beach lunch.

The living area is open to the kitchen and has a settee for those occasional nights you wish to dine in. The 6' wide glass doors provide for plenty of sunlight and opens for those wonderful tropic breezes.

The large deck offers you privacy and unparallel views of the neighboring islands. There is a portable BQ for you convenience. It can be taken to the beach for those wonderful beach picnics. There are beach towels and beach chairs available for you use during your stay.
